The suspect in the Austin, Texas, mass shooting has been identified as Ndiaga Diagne, originally from Senegal, who was a naturalized U.S. citizen. The suspect's ex-wife, who lives in the same neighborhood with her two children, also questioned by investigators. Neighbors say he rarely came out of the home and rarely interacted with them.
