Man flees after stabbing woman in back on West Side, San Antonio police say

A woman was stabbed in the back on the West Side of San Antonio, according to San Antonio police. The stabbing occurred around 1:45 a.m. on Wednesday. The attacker then fled the scene on foot. It is unclear why he was involved in the attack.
