Rising musician David Anthony Burke, known as d4vd, has been arrested following an investigation into the death of a teenage girl whose body was discovered in a Tesla. The car was impounded in 2025 and discovered with a disturbing odor coming from it. The decomposed body of the girl, identified as Celeste Rivas Hernandez, was found inside the vehicle. The case was not immediately publicised, raising questions about how the car had been used, who had access to it, and how such a discovery went unnoticed for so long. Despite these challenges, the most serious charges could still be pursued on lesser charges. Forensic science, location patterns, and digital logs from the Tesla itself may prove valuable digital evidence.
