A Detroit woman, Cheaira Broughton, has pleaded guilty to organizing a criminal enterprise that stole over $30,000 from multiple Ulta Beauty stores across the country. The group targeted high-value merchandise from the stores and then sold it on Facebook. Broughtans will be sentenced on April 17. The investigation led to numerous arrests and convictions.
