The New York Giants have expressed interest in trading out of their remaining picks in the 2026 NFL Draft for the second round of the year, potentially making a trade with a trade partner. The Giants selected defensive player Arvell Reese at No. 5 overall and offensive player No. 10, a move that surprised them. They also considered Sisi Mauigoa, their top-ranked offensive lineman in this draft class, another easy pick. The team is currently fifth in the line for Round 2, with the 49ers, Cardinals, Bills and Raiders ahead of them. There are several intriguing options still on the board, including players who went undrafted in the first round. Despite initially being considered an edge player, Reese has great size, length, power and range for the Giants, and is expected to be used as an inside/weak side linebacker.
