Medina to seek state funding on multiple projects

The city of Medina, Ohio, has been approved to seek state funding for three different city projects. The legislation would authorize the mayor to submit fiscal year '27 congressionally directed spending applications to Senator John Husted and Congressman Max Miller's offices. The applications will include funding the South Elmwood parking lot renovation project and the Medina Recreation Center turf field house expansion project. Additionally, an application for funding the State Road reconstruction Phase 1 project will be sent to Miller's office.
