Ex-Michigan House aide's embezzlement evidentiary hearing begins

is being heard before an evidentiary hearing, which will determine if there is enough evidence to send him to trial for embezzating. The preliminary examination will take place in front of a 54A District Judge. The case is being investigated by the Department of Public Affairs.
