Two vessels carrying Russian oil are reportedly heading for Cuba in the coming days, potentially testing President Trump's longstanding oil embargo. The Hong Kong-flagged ship, Sea Horse, is estimated to be carrying approximately 190,000 barrels of gasoil from Russia and another ship, the Russian-flated Anatoly Kolodkin, is expected to reach Cuba in 10 days.
