The Lisle Park District is planning a series of open houses to allow residents to view and comment on plans for a new community recreation center. The district is considering placing a $29.5 million bond on the Nov. 3 ballot. The open houses will showcase renderings of proposed designs and proposals for activities the facility can offer.
