Nolan Ramoley, a senior right fielder for Brother Rice, scored a three-run homer in a 22-11 victory over host Homewood-Flossmoor in a Do It Steve's Way Tournament game. The victory was part of a 10-run fourth inning that led Brother Rice to a dominant performance, leading to a fourth place performance in the Class 4A. The Crusaders collected 10 extra-base hits and hit three home runs. Ramoley's performance sparked Brother Rice's run to fourth place in the tournament. He also helped inspire his younger teammates with his passion and purpose for the team. As a junior last season, Ramoley hit 34 hits, 31 runs and 28 RBIs for the Crusaders. His younger brother, Carson, is a sophomore outfielder.
