Brothers, who was standing near Finch at the halfcourt line, did not grant the timeout until the 5:09 mark as Finch stomped onto the court in displeasure. Finch returned to talk with Brothers later, but Brothers advanced towards Finch and the two had words. The Timberwolves failed to make a shot for nearly seven minutes and fell into a 14-1 deficit against the Spurs. The Spurs lead the series 2-1.
