The Pine Bluff Police Department is seeking two suspects, Queton Lavelle Clark, 33, and Terri Lynn Walls, 65, for Felony Theft of Property. The suspects are accused of presenting false representations during an attempted sale in 2024. Clark received $10,000 in cash from a church representative in Greenville, Mississippi, to acquire property at 1520 S. Blake Street in PineBluff. The property was already sold by a third party and is currently owned by the third party. Investigators believe Clark was involved in the fraudulent act with the use of false representations. The entire space was legally transferred in 2023 to a third-party after a tax sale.
