Former First Minister of Scotland and Leader of the Scottish National Party (SNP), Nicola Sturgeon, revealed the reason for her separation from her husband, Peter Murrell, in an interview with ITV's group of "autistic, neurodivergent and/or learning disabled interviewers. Sturgeon clarified that she's "not actually divorced, but separated" from Murrell. She also revealed that her husband was accused of a crime and was later charged with embezzlement in 2024. Sturgeon was also questioned about having any'secret rendezvous' since her split with Murrell since the split, but insisted that she was happier due to the change she underwent.
