Kennedy’s vaccine agenda runs into roadblock

A federal judge has effectively nullified Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s changes to U.S. vaccine policy, deemed "arbitrary and capricious," by granting a preliminary injunction against the reduced childhood immunization schedule and the remaking of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The judge found that most of the members appointed by Kennedy lacked the expertise and experience to qualify for the committee, including the current chair, Kirk Milhoan.
