On the third day of the US-Israeli attacks on Iran, Iran continues to strike US assets across the Gulf region. The US and Israel launched strikes on Iran on Saturday while ongoing talks between Washington and Tehran over Iran's nuclear programme were ongoing. Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong said that Canberra does not plan to join the military campaign against Iran. The Kuwaiti army reported its air defences having intercepted a number of hostile aerial targets over central parts of the country.
