Two San Diego smoke shops, Mira Mesa Smoke and Vape, Inc. and Prime Smoke & Vapes, have been placed under a temporary restraining order due to allegations they were selling marijuana without proper licenses. The city attorney's office alleges that both stores are operating as unlicensed cannabis outlets. The products tested above the 0.3% THC threshold, which is the threshold for legal hemp under California law. The businesses are not properly licensed to sell cannabis.
