The hotel is partnering with Golden Goat Caviar for a collaboration with Bistro Collins, a bar and restaurant at the hotel, to create unique experiences. The menu includes caviar on everything from traditional caviar to loaded sliders and seafood favorites. The drinks are also being curated by Glenfiddich, which will feature specialty cocktails.
