Plans For Special Needs Sports And Splash Park In Bucks Wins Major Grant

The Pennsylvania state has awarded a $500,000 grant to develop an all-inclusive sports and splash park for individuals with special needs and their families. The funding will support the redevelopment of a 12-acre property at 890 Bridgetown Pike, the former site of the Breezy Point Swim Club. The project is led by the Friendship Circle Foundation, a division of Lubavitch Bucks County, and will include a swimming pool, splash pad, snack stands, and basketball and tennis courts. State Senator Frank Farry and State Representatives Joe Hogan secured the grant, with the remaining cost raising.
