Singer D4vd, whose real name is David Burke, has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder charges in connection with the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Prosecutors allege that Burke killed Rivas and dismembered her body after she threatened to expose their illegal sexual relationship. The case is set to go to a preliminary hearing on May 1, where a judge will determine if there is enough evidence to proceed to trial. The L.A. County Medical Examiner's report revealed multiple penetrating injuries to Rivas Hurchurch. Prosecutors have not yet decided if they will seek the death penalty.
