Napheesa Collier reportedly agreed to a Supermax contract with the Minnesota Lynx. Collier had one of the best years of her career in 2025, finishing second to A'ja Wilson in MVP voting and averaging 22.9 points on 53.1 percent shooting. She also became the second player in league history to join the 50/40/90 club, having successfully achieved this feat. Despite a disappointing season, Collier remains hopeful about winning a championship with the Lynx, which she believes can happen soon.
