A Toledo woman, Veronica Laraby, has been charged with child endangerment for allegedly attempting to drag her child into oncoming traffic. Police allege that she dragged the child across a sidewalk and attempted to pull it into the roadway, but a bystander intervened. Witnesses reported that Laraby appeared to be highly intoxicated.
