'Deadliest Catch' star Todd Meadows died after falling overboard while working on the Aleutian Lady and filming the Discovery Channel TV series. The incident occurred just one month after Meadows was diagnosed with a concussion. Despite being recovered from the water after 10 minutes, his body was unresponsive. A GoFundMe campaign was launched by his friends and family to support his three sons. The United States Coast Guard is currently investigating the incident.
