Berea resident loses $10,900 in fake bank scam

A resident in Berea, Ohio, was defrauded of $10,900 by someone pretending to be a representative of Chase Bank and Experian, claiming she owed the money to a company called Next Level Consulting. The scam occurred on March 4 and the resident used her accounts in two different banks to pay the false debt. She became suspicious and reported the incident to the police.
