Propagate Content, the independent studio founded by Ben Silverman and Howard T. Owens, has acquired Callen Hamilton Boyer's creator-first agency, Sway Social. The acquisition is intended to bolster Propagate's position in the creator economy and expand its ability to support talent across the full creator lifecycle. The agency will maintain its brand and leadership structure, with Boyer continuing to lead the agency as a division of Propagate Content. The deal was negotiated by Boyer and Negotiations, with Propagate’s President and COO Drew Buckley and Stubs, Alderton & Markiles. Since its 2021 founding, the company has helped over 100 creators and brands grow their platforms, scale affiliate revenue, and establish themselves as leaders in the creative economy.
