Bills quarterback Josh Allen and actress Hailee Steinfeld have announced their first child, a girl. The announcement was made in Steinfeld's Beau Society newsletter. Steinfeld gave birth three months after making her first red carpet appearance while pregnant at the 2026 Golden Globes. Both Allen and Steinfeld were largely private about their pregnancy, although Steinfeld previously shared some details in her newsletter. The couple had been dating for roughly two years before Allen proposed to Steinfeld in November 2024.
