Ousted Paramount President Jeff Shell Made $61 Million in 2025

Paramount has revealed its executive compensation for 2025, with CEO David Ellison receiving a total of $63 million. Former President Jeff Shell received $60.7 million, which included a base salary of $1.4 million, stock awards of $58.7 and an annual incentive award. The company completed its $8.9 billion acquisition of Paramount Global on August 7, 2025.
