A 4Warn Weather Alert has been issued for Thursday afternoon and evening due to the threat of severe storms across Southeast Michigan. The weather conditions are expected to change between 3 p.m. and 9 p.M. There is still uncertainty as to how far north the instability will reach. All threats are on the table, including hail and tornadoes. However, heavy downpours are possible, but a low flash flood risk remains low.
