Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen are still co-parenting their 1-year-old son, Ever, amid a domestic assault investigation. The Draper City Police Department confirmed that there is an open "domestic assault investigation" involving Paul and Mortensen. Despite police involvement, the exes continue to co-parents their son. Paul, who shares two children with her ex-husband, Tate Paul, was previously arrested for alleged domestic violence in 2023 following an argument with Mortensen, and was given misdemeanor charges of assault, criminal mischief and commission of domestic violence. The investigation has led to a halt to filming for the fifth season of Mormon Wives.
