Moorhead Area Public Schools (Phenomena) plans to move some of its programs from the Vista Center for Education to the Moorhead High School Career Academy. The district will also relocate the Alternative Learning Center and a high-needs special education program into the Vista Centre. The move aligns with recommendations from a school safety and security audit regarding two gun-related incidents at the Career Academy, which occurred last September. The changes will allow the district to better serve students and the community while reducing operational costs.
