The East Shore District Health Department will hold a ServSafe Food Manager Certification class and exam on March 30 at the North Branford Park and Rec Department. The certification verifies that a manager or person-in-charge has sufficient food safety knowledge to protect the public from foodborne illnesses. The cost of the exam will be between $100 and $150.
