The Minnesota Vikings have signed quarterback Kyler Murray to a one-year deal with the Arizona Cardinals, potentially providing Pro Bowl-caliber quarterback play next season for the team. This move comes as a significant opportunity for the Vikings, who have been criticized for their poor performance at the quarterback position last season. Murray, who was the seventh-best quarterback in the NFL in 2021 and ranked 12th-ranked in PFF overall grade, is a far more accomplished reclamation project than the previous assignment of Super Bowl-winning Sam Darnold. Despite injuries and inconsistency, Murray's performance has been consistent throughout his career.
