Venezuelan baseball player, Logan Webb, and second baseman Luis Arraez have discussed Venezuela's victory in the World Baseball Classic final over the United States. Both players were named to the All-Tournament Team following their performances in the tournament. Webb praised Arraraez's performance and said he was happy for his teammates, but felt it was kind of weird to congratulate them. Webb also expressed his desire to win a World Series while representing his country. Despite not playing in the final, Webb said he would definitely pitch for the United American team in the Olympics in 2028.
