Meta says its business AI now facilitates 10 million conversations a week

Meta's business AI tools now facilitate about 10 million conversations per week, up from 1 million in the previous year, according to the company. The company has expanded its beta program in the US., EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, expanding it further. However, CEO Mark Zuckerberg hinted that this may change in the near future as business AIs are currently free for most businesses on its messaging apps. The firm also launched the open beta of Meta Ads AI Connectors, which will allow advertisers to connect their Meta account to an AI agent. The growth of this growth comes as the company reported a profit of $26.8 billion in the first quarter, a 33% increase from the year before, and its apps generated revenue of $885 million.
