A man, 37-year-old Gilberto Tejero-Gonzales, has been charged with attempted murder in connection with a shooting incident in Sparta, Tennessee. The incident occurred around 3:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 11. The victim, who was inside his semi-truck when shots were fired, was not injured. The suspect allegedly fled the scene before police arrived and found the vehicle parked an hour later. Police believe prior communications may exist between the two parties regarding the shooting could help establish motive, intent, or premeditation.
