A man has been arrested following a fatal crash near I-69 in Monroe County, Indiana. The crash occurred when a Subaru driving suddenly crossed the centerline and collided with a Kia. The driver of the Subaru, James Caudell, was taken to the hospital for medical treatment and later taken into custody by the Monroe County Sheriff's Office. The Kia driver, Theadora Wellman, died at the scene. The other vehicles involved were also involved in the crash.
