Premier League: The relegation battle more like a title race

The Premier League is witnessing a resurgence of the relegation battle, with Leeds United, Tottenham Hotspur, and Nottingham Forest all potentially in danger of finishing in the third and final place. This is the first time since the 2015-16 season that a team will be relegated with 36 points or more. The teams have only lost one of their past nine Premier League games between them. This has led to increased punishment for poor performances and dropped points.
