Raleigh police arrest man linked to decades old sexual assault cold case investigation

Raleigh police have arrested 48-year-old Reginald Dwayne Taylor, who is accused of sexually assaulting a woman on December 1, 2001, in North Carolina. The suspect allegedly held both victims at gunpoint and forced them to remove their clothes before sexually assaulting the woman. This case was linked to a similar incident in Charlotte, where police preserved clothes from both incidents for testing.
