Torquay United has advanced to the National League South play-off final after defeating Dorking Wanderers 4-2 in a semi-final match at Plainmoor. The Gulls will face either Hornchurch or Weston-super-Mare in the final on 9 May. This move is one of several steps forward for the team, which finished the season in third place. However, Durchurch, which will play a third consecutive season in the sixth tier following their relegation from the National Leade, may not be the same thing.
