Microsoft has introduced a new Feedback Hub for its Windows users, offering a streamlined interface for comments and suggestions. The new interface allows for snap reactions and more thoughtful analysis, with buttons for reporting problems or suggesting improvements. Other feedback is now called Community Feedback, allowing users to search for others' comments and endorse them. The move is seen as an attempt by Microsoft to regain some of its goodwill with a significant commitment to improving Windows.
