North Olmsted, Ohio, is considering awarding a Community Reinvestment Area incentive to Shiva Sai Hotel, LLC, for the renovation of the former Radisson Cleveland Airport West. The incentive involves tax-increment financing (TIF), which provides revenue to fund infrastructure or improvements required for private development. The city would provide an estimated $240,000 towards the property, which is expected to hire 25 full-time employees with an annual payroll of $600,000. The new Holiday Inn property is expected for open in late spring or early summer.
