Los Angeles Angels Hall of Famer, Garrett Anderson, has died at the age of 53. The Angels and Major League Baseball announced his passing on Friday. Anderson played for 17 seasons, mostly with the Los Angeles Angels, and finished his career with the Atlanta Braves and Los Angeles Dodgers. He was a 3-time All-Star and won the 2003 Home Run Derby and All-Stars' All-Season MVP. The team did not disclose the cause of death. The Los Angeles native is survived by his wife, Teresa, daughters Brianne and Bailey, and son, Garret 'Trey' Anderson.
