Man who really didn’t like his fast-food takeout leaves bad review, threats: Solon police blotter

The police blotter highlighted several incidents in Solon, Ohio, including a critical online review from a customer who threatened violence at a KFC/Taco Bell restaurant after receiving a bad online review. The manager at the restaurant was able to contact a 56-year-old Solon man who claimed he had been drinking alcohol and was unable to identify the contents of a package sent via U.S. mail containing 17 unmarked pills. The woman, who had not purchased the pills, called police to report the suspicious package and to turn over the pills. An employee of a FedEx store reported an encounter with a belligerent male customer who was upset at the store's self-scan machine. An officer stopped a red Chevrolet Malibu as it pulled into a True North gas station, 6170 SOM Center Road, and detained the driver, 23-year old Cleveland man, charged with improper handling of a firearm and driving under suspension. The case was closed. An intoxicated woman, 45, was arrested for disorderly conduct and disorderly conduct.
