Cuban prosecutors have charged six exiles with "crimes of terrorism" in connection with an incident last week that saw Cuban forces kill four Cuban nationals and injure six others on a speedboat. The incident occurred during which Cuban forces returned fire and took the survivors into custody. If convicted, the accused could face up to 10 to 15 years in prison for lesser offenses and potentially the death penalty for more serious charges.
