Chase Brodie Brown, a 26-year-old man from Nashvillian, has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for multiple fraud-related charges in Sumner County, Tennessee. Brown pleaded guilty to criminal simulation over $60,000, theft of property over $10,000 and criminal simulation of over $250,000. He also used fraudulent checks in multiple schemes, including submitting a fraudulent $15,000 check to the Sumner county clerk's office and purchasing a $50,000 Malibu wake boat from a Hendersonville business. The sentence will run consecutively to Brown's federal sentence.
