Elkhorn recovering after EF-0 tornado hits area

An EF-0 tornado has hit Elkhorn, Wisconsin, causing significant damage to the city. The tornado also caused a significant flooding in the school's athletic fields. The assistant track coach at Elkhorne High School plans to set up an indoor ring to aid in the recovery efforts.
