First victim of Austin mass shooting identified as Texas Tech student

The first victim of the Austin mass shooting, identified as Texas Tech University student, Ryder Harrington. The suspected terrorist, Ndiaga Diagne, opened fire outside Buford’s Backyard Beer Garden early Sunday morning and killed two people, including Harrington, and another unidentified person. The suspect was wearing a "Property of Allah" sweatshirt and possibly pro-Iran clothing, and police believe he was motivated by revenge for the US attack on Iran. A GoFundMe page dedicated to Ryder's memory has raised over $48,000.
