Curtis Trent, Jr., the son of Kathleen Harrison Trent, whose body was found in Suffolk County woods on February 11, is facing charges including murder, concealment of a human corpse, tampering with physical evidence, and tampering. The arrest occurred after Trent's mother, who was reported missing on January 29, was found dead in a wooded area in Manorville. The community has been devastated following the loss of Kathi Trent, a devoted member of the Riverhead Raceway. A GoFundMe page dedicated to fondly remembered Kathi was created by Adrieanna Bulak.
