Lando Norris hits out at F1 cars: No one grew up wanting to drive these

Formula 1 (F1) driver Lando Norris has criticised the sport's new rules, stating that it is no longer possible to identify who is the ballsiest racer due to the new emphasis on harvesting energy and utilising battery power. The controversial new rules have created engines with a 50-50 split between combustion and electrical power, leading to drivers being required to slow down through corners. This has led to a lifeless race at the Australian Grand Prix. Fernando Alonso also suggested that some of F1's most iconic corners have been diminished. Despite these criticisms, Norris believes that the drivers' role has not been diminished but still significant. He believes that understanding and understanding of these issues can make a difference.
