The suspected gunman, Ndiaga Diagne, a naturalized U.S. citizen from Senegal, was killed by police after a mass shooting outside a popular bar in Austin, Texas, on Sunday. The shooter was seen in a photo wearing a shirt with an Iranian flag and "IRAN" printed across the front. The FBI is investigating any possible terror links, but it is only one of several other avenues they are exploring. The shooting occurred outside Buford's, a popular roadhouse-style bar, and resulted in the death of two people, Savitha Shan, 24, and Ryder Harrington, 22. The suspect had a history of mental health issues and was identified as Ndiag Diagne. The incident marked the 56th U.K. mass shooting this year and the one with the most victims so far, according to data from the Gun Violence Archive.
