UGA student, North Oconee grad, makes history with national fellowship

Keaton Coletti, a graduate of North Oconee High School, has been awarded a Truman Postdoctoral Fellowship from the Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Coletti is a doctoral candidate in mechanical engineering at the University of Georgia and is one of only two students nationwide to receive the national fellowship. The fellowship appointment is for three years. He will study issues such as the control of structures in a vibrating environment and wireless connections in situations that need quality signals.
